Job summary

Pluxee is seeking a Local Operations Manager to oversee payment and means-of-payment activities in Chile. You will ensure operational continuity, service quality, and governance across digital and plastic cards, vouchers, fulfillment, and logistics, coordinating with Global Payments, regional leaders, and local partners.

You will monitor KPIs and incidents, drive improvements, support product launches, manage vendors, and ensure compliance with regulations while collaborating with Compliance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in payment operations, operational management, production coordination, logistics operations, or financial services operations.
• Strong understanding of payment operational processes and governance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational activities related to payment products and means-of-payment services.
• Monitor KPIs, incidents, service levels, and process efficiency.
• Coordinate production, fulfillment, logistics, and distribution relationships with vendors.
• Ensure operational readiness for product launches and migrations.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and risk controls across operations.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Finance, Risk, Fraud, Security, and IT teams.
• Support continuous improvement of workflows and automation initiatives.
• Maintain accurate operational documentation and reporting.
