J.P. Morgan Chase is seeking a Chile-based member for the Payments Sales team covering Financial Institutions.

The role focuses on growing correspondent banking relationships, driving portfolio growth, and managing risk in cash management, clearing, and cross-border payments. The successful candidate will support the PSM in client presentations, proposals and monthly reviews, while developing deep client engagement and ensuring adherence to controls and regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Recent university graduate or near graduation with a related degree.
• Fluent in English; strong written and verbal client-facing communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data and summarize insights for decision making.
• Team-oriented with integrity and controls awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Payments Sales Manager with client presentations, proposals and monthly revenue reviews.
• Track client relationships and identify new deal opportunities.
• Support deal creation and management through the lifecycle.
• Prepare call reports and meetings with research on products, markets or clients.
• Advance KYC preparation and become a key contact for new client approvals and renewals.
• Assist with review of client billing statements and AML inquiries.
