JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Chile is seeking a Payments Sales associate to support the Payments Sales Manager, participate in client presentations and proposals, and conduct monthly revenue reviews while growing correspondent banking relationships across the region.

The role emphasizes cross-border payment flows, KYC/AML preparation, and accurate client billing, with collaboration across product, risk, and operations teams to deliver compliant, client‑facing solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, International Relations, or a related field.
• Fluent in English; strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Payments Sales Manager (PSM) and participate in client presentations, proposals and monthly revenue reviews.
• Track client relationships and help identify new deal opportunities.
• Support deal creation and management throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Prepare call reports and meetings; provide research on products, markets and clients.
• Advance KYC preparation and be a key contact for new clients and renewals approvals.
• Assist PSM with review of client billing statements.
• Monitor and follow up on AML client inquiries.
