AudienceView is seeking a Payment & Fraud Prevention Specialist in a remote-first role based in Chile to support AV Pay clients. You will lead onboarding, monitor fraud indicators, coordinate with gateways, and provide proactive client support across all products.

You will analyze payments data, investigate issues, and collaborate with product and engineering to improve fraud workflows. Strong communication and cross-functional teamwork are essential.

Formación

• Experience in payment operations, fraud analysis, risk management or similar roles.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication for client interactions and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onboarding for AV Pay and fraud prevention tools for new clients.
• Provide ongoing client support for AV Pay across products and resolve issues.
• Investigate and resolve payment processing problems with vendors and internal teams.
• Analyze transactions to identify fraud patterns and advise on prevention measures.
• Prepare reports on fraud incidents, ROI and trends for management.
