Job summary

Hai Robotics seeks a customer-focused Solutions Engineer to design and deliver warehouse automation solutions for the LATAM region. You will act as the technical liaison between customers, sales, and internal teams to translate requirements into scalable automation solutions.

In this role you will lead solution design, develop technical docs and presentations, perform system analyses, and collaborate across functions to ensure feasibility and successful project delivery while traveling ~30-50%

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Automation, Computer Science, Electromechanical Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse automation or related industries.
Proficiency in CAD software for layout design.
Knowledge of WMS, WCS, or WES systems.
Understanding of AGV, AMR technologies and DevOps philosophies.
Experience with mechanical design and simulation tools.

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical interface between customers and the company.
Design layouts using Hai Robotics products and other required components.
Lead solution design, develop technical documentation and presentations.
Coordinate cross-functional resources to drive solution feasibility reviews across technical, solution, and cost domains.
Prepare solution presentation materials and pricing for customers and sales teams.
Travel to customer sites ~30–50% of the time to support engagement and delivery.
