Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Senior Applied AI, Partner Solutions Architect for Latin America to design and launch AI-powered customer experience solutions, including those built on Amazon Connect. You will blend AI expertise with business acumen to shape partner offerings and accelerate time-to-market.

You will lead the technical strategy across Latin America, mentor partner teams, and create reference architectures while translating feedback into product improvements to drive measurable

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
Experience in IT development or implementation/consulting.
Experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
4+ years of contact center experience or 2+ years in contact centers.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical strategy for LATAM partners designing applied AI and Amazon Connect solutions.
Collaborate with partners and GTM teams to deliver AI-powered CX outcomes.
Develop and share best practices through architectures, blogs, workshops, and presentations.
Provide mentorship to partner teams and enablement materials to raise technical standards.
Translate customer feedback into requirements for product and engineering teams.
