Geekplus America Inc. seeks a Project Manager - Chile to lead AMR-based warehouse automation projects, coordinating with Solution Engineer, System Engineer and Field Operation teams. You will be the primary client contact, manage scope, budgets and schedules, and ensure clear communication across stakeholders.

Travel 25-50% is required. English fluency is essential, with a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; PMP is a plus.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Project Manager in logistics or AMR delivering integrated hardware and software systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
• Solid understanding of logistics processes and how AMR systems enhance operational efficiency.
• Excellent teamwork skills with history of leading cross-functional teams.
• Leadership qualities that inspire team confidence and respect.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Management, or related field; PMP certification is a plus.
• English fluency is required.
• Attention to details and willingness to grow with company.
• Willing to travel 25-50% of time.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AMR project teams through design, planning, execution, and delivery of projects within logistics, ensuring they meet specs, budgets, and timelines.
• Foster effective communication channels among project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and subcontractors.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders as primary project contact.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated project elements.
• Use leadership to guide, motivate and mentor project team members.
• Implement risk management strategies to identify hurdles and develop contingency plans.
• Conduct project planning including scope, budget, schedule, resources, and subcontracting.
• Hold regular project meetings and provide updates to all relevant parties.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate and compliant with methodology and policies.
• Continuously improve PM processes from lessons learned.
