Job summary

PUMA SERVICES SPA is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support the Digital & Technology roadmap across the team in Chile. You will coordinate activities, track deliverables, manage governance, and ensure standard PM processes are followed.

The role requires 3+ years in project coordination or PMO, advanced English, and strong experience with Jira, MS Project, Confluence, and Microsoft 365. Multicultural collaboration is valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO, project administration, or related.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence, etc.).
• Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint).
• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Experience working in multicultural or regional environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the successful execution of the Digital & Technology roadmap by coordinating project activities, tracking deliverables, managing governance processes, and ensuring compliance with project management standards.
• Provide operational and administrative support to D&T Senior Director and Project Managers, including onboarding/offboarding, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and action items; follow up with responsible teams.
• Coordinate project meetings, workshops, including agenda preparation and minutes.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards and executive summaries; support governance processes and PMO activities.
