PUMA is seeking a Project Manager to help execute the Digital & Technology roadmap in Santiago. You will coordinate activities, track deliverables, manage governance, and support stakeholders while assisting with onboarding, documentation, and reporting across D&T functions.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in project coordination, advanced English, and hands-on experience with Jira, MS Project, and Confluence.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or project administration.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence).
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience working in multicultural or regional environments.

Responsabilidades

• Track project milestones, deliverables, and action items, and follow up with responsible teams.
• Coordinate project meetings, workshops, including agenda preparation and meeting minutes.
• Support project status reporting and preparation of management presentations.
• Monitor project KPIs and provide updates on progress, risks, and issues.
• Ensure compliance with PM methodologies, standards, and templates.
• Support testing, cut-over planning, hypercare and transition to support activities.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding for team members and external partners.
• Support PMO activities, maintain repositories, templates, and lessons learned documentation.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Timely follow-up of actions, risks, issues, and dependencies.
