PUMA is seeking a proactive PMO Coordinator to support the Digital & Technology roadmap. You will coordinate project activities, track deliverables, and manage governance processes while assisting with onboarding/offboarding, reporting, and stakeholder communications.

This role requires strong English skills and experience with Jira, MS Project, and Confluence in a multicultural environment. You will work closely with the D&T Senior Director and Project Managers, ensuring adherence to

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO, project administration, or related
• Advanced English
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence, etc.)
• Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint)
• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Experience working in multicultural or regional environments

Responsabilidades

• Track project milestones, deliverables, and action items. Follow up with responsible teams.
• Coordinate project meetings, workshops, including agenda preparation and meeting minutes.
• Support project status reporting and management presentations.
• Monitor project KPIs and provide updates on progress, risks, and issues.
• Ensure compliance with established project management standards and templates.
• Support testing, cut-over planning, hypercare, and transition to support activities.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding for team members and external partners.
• Support governance processes and PMO activities, maintain repositories, templates, and lessons learned.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Timely follow-up of actions, risks, issues, and dependencies
