PUMA is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support the Digital & Technology roadmap from its Santiago team. You will coordinate milestones, governance, and reporting, while aiding onboarding, documentation, and stakeholder communications.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in PMO or project admin, advanced English, and experience with Jira, MS Project, Confluence, and the Microsoft 365 suite. The role emphasizes collaboration across multicultural teams.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO, project administration, or related.
• Advanced English.
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence, etc.).
• Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint).
• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Experience working in multicultural or regional environments.

Responsabilidades

• Track project milestones, deliverables, and action items, following up with responsible teams.
• Coordinate project meetings, workshops, including agenda preparation and meeting minutes.
• Support project status reporting and preparation of management presentations.
• Monitor project KPIs and provide updates on progress, risks, and issues.
• Ensure compliance with established project management methodologies, standards, and templates.
• Support testing, cut-over planning, hypercare and transition to support activities.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding processes for team members and external partners.
• Support PMO activities, maintaining repositories, templates, standards, and lessons learned.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, presentations and executive summaries.
• Timely follow-up of actions, risks, issues, and dependencies.
