PUMA is seeking a proactive Project Coordination professional to support the Digital & Technology roadmap in Chile. You will help manage governance, track milestones, and prepare executive summaries for senior leaders.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in PMO or project administration, strong English, and experience with Jira, MS Project and Confluence. The role requires collaboration across diverse teams and partners in a global brand environment.

Formación

• 3+ years coordinating projects or PMO activities.
• Experience with Jira, MS Project, and Confluence.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience in multicultural or regional environments.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate project activities and governance per PMO standards.
• Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and action items.
• Prepare status reports and executive summaries.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and stakeholder communications.
• Facilitate project meetings, agendas, and minutes.
• Assist in reporting dashboards and management presentations.
• Maintain project repositories, templates, and lessons learned.
