Career Executive 赛睿人力资源 is seeking an Overseas Mining Sales Manager for the Chile market, based in Quilicura, Santiago. This local-hire role focuses on developing customers in coal, copper, lithium, and aggregates, and managing the full bidding and contract cycle.

You will lead commercial negotiations, deliver TCO proposals, and drive 3–5 year framework agreements with mining customers and EPC contractors.

• Experience in market and customer development within mining sectors.
• Proven ability to lead tenders and commercial negotiations.
• Familiar with mining customers and site operations.

Responsabilités

• Market & Customer Development: develop customers across Chile's mining sectors (coal, copper, lithium, aggregates).
• Bidding & Commercial Process: lead tender preparation, pricing, and contract terms through sign-off.
• Key Account Management & TCO: manage objections, deliver TCO-based proposals, and drive long-term frameworks.
