Fugro in Chile seeks an accomplished Business Development & Sales Manager to drive sustainable growth in the Mining sector, shaping opportunities from market development through contract award, and aligning with Fugro's regional go-to-market strategy.

The role focuses on executive relationships with mining companies and EPC/EPCM firms, travels up to two weeks per month from Las Condes, and collaborates across Proposal, Technical, Operations, Finance and Legal teams to win profitable projects.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in Business Development, Strategic Sales or Tech Sales within Mining.
• Experience leading end-to-end B2B sales cycles from identification to contract award.
• Experience with mining companies, EPC/EPCM contractors and strategic partners.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial growth strategy for the Mining market in Chile.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with Mining Companies, EPC/EPCM firms, Contractors, Government Agencies and Industry Associations.
• Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting through proposal, negotiation and contract award.
• Maintain a healthy, qualified pipeline aligned with sales objectives and forecast performance.
• Coordinate with Proposal, Technical, Operations, Project Management, Finance and Legal teams to deliver competitive solutions.
