Job summary

Fugro seeks a seasoned Business Development & Sales Manager to drive sustainable growth in Chile's mining market. You will develop executive relationships with mining companies, EPC/EPCM firms, and government agencies, and own end-to-end sales from prospecting to contract award.

Travel to Peru and Argentina may be required, with a focus on Go-to-Market strategy and cross-functional alignment across OneFugro teams.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of professional experience in BD, strategic sales or key account management within mining.
• Minimum 5 years in BD, strategic sales, or technical sales for mining or related services.
• Proven success in leading full B2B sales cycles from identification to contract award.
• Experience selling multidisciplinary engineering/environmental/technical services to mining clients.
• Regional exposure to Peru and Argentina is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial growth strategy for Chile's mining market.
• Maintain executive relationships with mining companies and EPC/EPCM firms.
• Build Strategic Account Plans for priority clients and growth opportunities.
• Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract award.
• Deliver annual sales targets and profitability with sustainable growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop competitive proposals.
• Promote cross-selling of OneFugro solutions across lines.
• Monitor market trends, CAPEX, and competitor activities to position Fugro.
