MAAG Gear is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager for Chile to drive growth in cement, mining, and other industries. You will develop regional sales strategies, manage key accounts, and build trust-based relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.

The role requires strong negotiation skills, engineering understanding, and willingness to travel up to 45% including international trips. Fluency in English is essential, Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years selling power transmission to mining industries.
• Fluent in English; Spanish beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Sell to cement, mining and other end users in the region.
• Develop knowledge of customer needs, decision makers and buying culture.
• Build and maintain installed base awareness and pipeline.
• Create technical and commercial offers with proposals group.
• Record opportunities in CRM and report monthly results.
