This role leads the implementation of the global Talent Acquisition strategy, driving strategic talent coverage and internal mobility. Candidates should have significant experience in mining, strong leadership skills, and a relevant degree. The position requires advanced English and a valid Class B driver's license. This is a key role in contributing to organizational capabilities and strategic objectives within a global mining company with a strong presence in Chile.

Formación

• At least 11-15 years of total professional experience.
• 3+ years leading a department/team of at least 5 people.
• 3+ years of experience in a mining company or contractor.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the implementation of the global Talent Acquisition strategy.
• Own end-to-end Talent Acquisition execution.
• Act as a strategic advisor to leaders and hiring managers.
