You will own the complete commercial lifecycle—from market development through proposal strategy, negotiations and contract award— executing the country go-to-market plan and coordinating with regional teams for

Formación

• 8–15 years of professional experience in business development or sales.
• Minimum 5 years in BD, strategic sales, or key account management within mining.
• Experience leading B2B sales cycles from opportunity to contract.
• Experience with Mining Companies, EPC/EPCM firms and contractors.
• Fluent Spanish and professional English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the mining market growth strategy in Chile.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with key players.
• Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract award.
• Lead proposals and coordinate with Proposal, Technical, Operations teams.
• Meet annual sales, revenue and profitability targets.
• Promote integrated OneFugro solutions and cross-sell across service lines.
