Job summary

Stefanini Group in Switzerland seeks an experienced IT support specialist to assist executives and VIP users, manage events tech and ensure reliable IT operations. You will troubleshoot issues across networks, applications and infrastructure, while preparing devices for meetings and travel with strict confidentiality.

You will coordinate town halls, onsite and virtual, test AV/streaming, and provide live support during events.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant professional IT support experience.
Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills.
Knowledge of LAN/Wi‑Fi, DHCP, DNS and VPN basics.
Experience supporting executives and VIP users.
Familiar with event tech and AV equipment.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site IT support, troubleshoot issues and perform preventive maintenance.
Deliver discreet, responsive support to executives and VIP users.
Prepare devices for meetings and travel, ensuring confidentiality.
Plan and run town halls and meetings (on-site/online via Teams).
Coordinate event setup; test audio/video/streaming; provide live support.
Maintain local network infrastructure; fix LAN/Wi‑Fi issues.
Manage network cabinets; patching, labeling, VLAN checks.
Troubleshoot IP addressing, DHCP, DNS; escalate complex issues.
Monitor applications; identify defects and propose fixes.
Test websites/apps; address performance feedback.
Initial fault isolation; escalate to specialists as needed.
Suggest ITOps improvements; review processes for efficiency.
Assist with database installation/tests as required.
Support information security measures; report security issues.
Purchase IT equipment; track orders and licenses.
