Stefanini Group in Luzern, Switzerland seeks an experienced IT support professional to ensure reliable operations, support executives and VIP users, and deliver high-quality technical assistance across the organization.

You will troubleshoot issues, maintain network infrastructure, ensure security measures, and manage device setup for meetings and events, both on-site and online, contributing to smooth corporate communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant IT professional experience.
• Practical IT support experience, including troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN, Wi‑Fi, DHCP, DNS).
• Understanding of IT security principles.
• Experience with IT testing, data collection and analysis.
• Familiarity with event technology and AV equipment.
• Ability to support executives and VIP users.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support and preventive maintenance for equipment.
• Deliver discreet, responsive support to executives and VIPs.
• Prepare devices for meetings and travel with confidentiality.
• Plan technical aspects of town halls and meetings (Teams).
• Coordinate event setup, rehearsals, and live tech during events.
• Maintain local network and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Maintain network cabinets, patching, labeling, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, VPN; escalate as needed.
• Monitor business applications and identify defects for remediation.
• Test websites and applications; respond to user feedback and issues.
• Provide security measures support and report potential issues.
