Job summary

Swibeco SA, based in Zurich, seeks a Sales Executive to own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature. You will build a proactive lead generation strategy and maintain a reliable forecast while negotiating terms with enterprise clients.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive expansion opportunities, and coach junior teammates. Fluency in German and professional English are required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in SaaS sales, enterprise or complex cycles.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Proficient with CRM to forecast and maintain data.
• Experience negotiating contracts with procurement or legal stakeholders.
• Native or bilingual German; professional English; French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for Enterprise clients, from prospecting to contract signature.
• Build and execute inbound and outbound lead generation to ensure a qualified pipeline.
• Maintain an accurate, up-to-date sales forecast to provide visibility on pipeline health.
• Lead contract negotiations for Enterprise deals, including pricing structures and terms.
• Build and maintain strategic account plans for Enterprise clients for expansion opportunities.
• Support Client Success onboarding of newly won clients.
• Share best practices and coach junior sales team members.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Client Success to feed market and client insights.
• Leverage AI tools to prepare outreach, summarize meetings, and support sales research.
