Cognite is a leading industrial software company driving digital transformation in heavy-asset industries. As a Business Development Director in our Supply Chain CoE, you will win new supply chain business and guide customers through Cognite Applications and the Cognite Data Fusion Platform.

You will lead cross-functional deal teams, build ROI-based business cases, and collaborate with partners to expand Cognite’s footprint across strategic accounts, while shaping territory strategy and ensuring

Qualifications

• Deep domain expertise in complex Supply Chain operations for Energy, Manufacturing or Power Utilities verticals.
• Ability to sell value and build ROI frameworks for buyers.
• Self-motivated with time management and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a targeted territory strategy to accelerate bookings growth.
• Generate pipeline through prospecting and leveraging your network.
• Lead extended territory teams through complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Quantify ROI and present business cases to executives.
• Collaborate with partners to progress their pipeline and drive joint opportunities.
• Support negotiations with C-level executives on pricing and terms.
• Partner with Product Management and Marketing to feed market insights.
• Forecast bookings and maintain up-to-date account records in Salesforce.
