Implement Consulting Group is seeking talented graduates for a management consulting track focused on digital planning solutions and supply chain transformation. You will join a nerdy team delivering end-to-end planning improvements across forecasting, demand, and inventory optimization.

From Copenhagen’s HQ to Zurich, you will gain international exposure, train stakeholders, and lead workshops while developing deep functional expertise in planning tools and processes.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, supply chain, operations research, or business analytics.
• Relevant internship or student project experience in supply chain or planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication in English; other European language helpful.

Aufgaben

• Design and implement planning excellence across forecasting, demand, supply planning, S&OP/IBP, and inventory optimisation.
• Enable adoption and capability building through stakeholder training and client workshops.
• Translate business needs into actionable process designs and implementation plans with governance and data flows.
• Advise on architecture and roadmaps for SAP IBP and other planning platforms from concept to adoption.
• Deliver measurable impact by optimising planning tools and processes across projects.
