Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
• Postgraduate business degree (MBA) highly regarded
• Minimum 10 years experience in strategic sourcing or relevant field
• Leadership experience, leading a global team
• Deep understanding of Logistics and Warehousing categories

Responsibilities

• Develop Plans aligned to CSL Global and Procurement Strategy
• Lead global logistics & warehousing category plans and implement long-term strategies
• Drive cost savings and supplier performance while ensuring quality and compliance
• Influence stakeholders to reduce waste and drive continuous improvement
• Oversee SRM processes with critical, global suppliers and manage supplier performance
• Lead complex negotiations with key suppliers and coach sourcing teams
• Develop talent and lead transformation initiatives across CSL Procurement
