Job summary

On seeks a Senior Lead to join Global Digital Planning & Strategy, elevating DTC e-commerce strategy and execution across the Digital organization. You will partner with Digital management to drive rhythm of business and turn ambitious visions into action.

This role demands strong stakeholder management and a bias for action in a fast-growing environment, with the ability to build robust reporting frameworks such as Jira dashboards to track OKRs and performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Business Operations, Chief of Staff roles, or Digital Strategy.
• Strong systems-thinking mindset; able to zoom out and manage OKR tracking and Jira reporting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication in English for C-suite audiences.
• Proven track record of managing complex stakeholder relationships across cross-functional teams.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling environment with ambiguity and bias for action.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term growth roadmap and translate strategy into actionable plan.
• Prioritize resources and manage annual OKR planning with progress tracking.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Digital functions.
• Define reporting frameworks (e.g., Jira dashboards) and ensure integration.
• Prepare Senior Leadership materials and support board/escalation needs.
• Facilitate regular Digital meetings and leadership offsites.
• Define internal communications plan for the digital organization.
• Synthesize inputs from stakeholders and drive aligned actions.
