Qualifikationen

• At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, project management, manufacturing or operational excellence.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs in regulated industries, preferably medical technology, pharmaceuticals or biotechnology.
• Proven people management experience, including leading and developing Project Managers, building high-performing teams and leading through change.
• Demonstrated experience in Product launch, supply continuity, supplier transfers and business transformation.
• Experience implementing PMO frameworks, governance systems, KPI dashboards and business intelligence solutions.
• PMP or an equivalent project management certification is required; APICS and Lean Six Sigma certifications are an asset.
• Proficiency with SAP, Power BI, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner and related project management and analytics tools.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.

The role combines strategic portfolio oversight with hands‑on leadership of new product introduction, supply continuity and cross-functional improvement programs. You will lead and develop Project Managers, establish clear governance and ensure programs deliver measurable business value.

The Role:

Your Profile:
