Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking an experienced Services Sales Solutions Lead in Switzerland to drive pre-sales discovery, shape outcomes, and translate them into viable high-level solution designs and SOWs. You will lead proposals, align with executives, and orchestrate experts to validate viability.

You will champion AI-augmented delivery and ensure a clean hand-off to delivery teams, while mentoring others and driving customer value through strategic engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise-level consulting, with 7+ years on Salesforce.
• 7+ years of deep enterprise project/program leadership (SaaS preferred).
• Hands-on AI-powered scoping and estimation experience.
• Demonstrable end-to-end pre-sales, discovery, estimating, and SOW creation experience.
• Experience supporting the sale of professional services to C‑level executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales discovery and define customer outcomes into viable high-level designs.
• Develop and articulate comprehensive implementation proposals and SOWs with detailed estimates and staffing plans.
• Partner with Account Partners to structure deals and present value to clients.
• Ensure a clean hand-off to delivery teams and transition to execution.
• Mentor teams and share best practices in solutioning, scoping, and engagement shaping.
