DEPT® in Zürich is seeking a Growth Director to drive Swiss growth across Digital Experience, Technology, Commerce, Data & AI. You will own the complete sales lifecycle from identifying opportunities to negotiations and onboarding, building a high-impact commercial pipeline with cross-functional teams.

You'll lead strategic pitches, engage with C-level stakeholders, and expand our client base with ambitious brands.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of winning new business with digital agencies, consultancies, or tech firms.
• Experience selling Digital Experience, CMS, Commerce, Digital Platform, or Digital Transformation.
• Able to lead complex pitches with cross-functional teams (Strategy, Experience Design, Technology, Data, AI).
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Established Swiss market network is a strong advantage.
• Minimum 5 years in business development, sales, or growth in digital services.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Fluent in German (Swiss German is a strong advantage) and English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and win strategic pitches, tenders, RFPs, and new Swiss business opportunities.
• Develop a strong commercial pipeline through networking and client relationships.
• Identify opportunities and assemble cross-functional teams for solutions.
• Own sales lifecycle from outreach to onboarding.
• Negotiate with C-level stakeholders and procurement teams.
• Collaborate with international teams on multi-market opportunities.
• Represent DEPT at Swiss industry events and conferences.
• Foster a growth mindset and identify new business opportunities.
