Job summary

Enterprise Bot GmbH in Zurich, Switzerland, is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to blend deep technical expertise with business acumen and support customers through pre‑sales and delivery.

You will partner with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to design AI automation solutions, deliver demos and POCs, and guide architects from concept to production while maintaining a sharp focus on client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Business (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years in Pre-Sales or Solutions Eng; 2+ years at senior level.
• Proven B2B SaaS or AI-automation experience.
• Experience with voice tech (ACD/IVR) required.
• Excellent communication across technical and business stakeholders.
• Native-level German/Swiss-German; strong English; French/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of CRM/ERP, cloud infra, APIs.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast growth.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to understand customer requirements and design tailored AI automation solutions.
• Deliver compelling product demos, POCs, and presentations that communicate technical and business value.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and develop architecture proposals and integration plans.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solution architectures.
• Collaborate with Engineering during pilots and implementations for seamless delivery.
• Provide technical validation and support during critical phases of the sales cycle.
• Build trusted relationships with customers as a technical advisor.
• Identify risks and help resolve technical challenges.
• Support key customer engagements or escalations when necessary.
• Work with Product/Engineering/CS to align roadmaps.
• Create enablement materials and playbooks to strengthen sales efficacy.
• Represent Enterprise Bot at events; stay current on AI trends.
