You will identify opportunities, shape partnerships, and guide decision-makers through digital transformation journeys. The role combines technology, strategy, and public-sector engagement in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience selling to public-sector authorities (municipalities, cantons, social institutions) and translating policy needs into product opportunities.
• Strong hunter and farmer mindset with a track record of building long-term partnerships.
• Ability to articulate complex AI concepts to non-technical decision-makers.

Aufgaben

• Identify and engage municipalities, cities, and cantonal institutions across Switzerland.
• Translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements and compelling proposals.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from first contact to long-term agreements; maintain strategic accounts.
