Hamilton AG is seeking an ICT Engineer Business Application (80-100%) to ensure stable operation of applications with a focus on the ServiceNow platform. You will manage incident, problem, and change management, and perform 3rd-level troubleshooting for complex faults.

The role requires several years of experience in application operations, strong knowledge of incident/problem/change management, and ServiceNow CSA certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable operation of applications with a focus on the ServiceNow platform.
• Manage incident, problem, and change management in the ServiceNow environment.
• Perform 3rd-level troubleshooting for complex faults.
• Monitor the platform (monitoring, performance, availability).
• Plan and execute releases and system upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and service quality.
• Participate in ICT projects with a focus on integration and operational handover.
• Document operational processes and system states.
