Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Paid Media Manager to lead full-funnel digital marketing for a jewelry and ecommerce brand. The role blends paid advertising with email/SMS, managing large Meta and Google Ads budgets and driving acquisition, retention, and revenue across online and physical channels.

You will own lifecycle marketing in Klaviyo, optimize customer journeys, collaborate with creative teams, and produce regular performance reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of marketing and advertising experience, including 5+ years in ecommerce marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing large-scale ad budgets and using attribution tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid media strategy across Meta Ads and Google Ads to drive profitable customer acquisition.
• Manage multi-channel budgets, testing, targeting, bidding, and creative optimization.
• Own lifecycle marketing through Klaviyo, including workflows, segmentation, and performance analysis.
• Develop automated email/SMS flows (welcome, cart abandonment, post-purchase, replenishments, win-back).
• Coordinate creative development and align adverts with email/SMS campaigns.
• Report weekly/monthly results and provide actionable recommendations.
