Jobgether is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Data Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making and optimize marketing performance in a fast-growing international tech environment. You will analyze large marketing datasets, build dashboards, and partner with marketing leaders, data engineers, and analytics teams to enhance the customer acquisition funnel.

This is a fully remote role with strong growth opportunities.

Competenze

• 3+ years in marketing analytics focusing on traffic acquisition and planning.
• Proficient in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Experience with Tableau for dashboards and clear visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels and campaign performance evaluation.
• Familiarity with analytics tooling (dbt, GA) and data pipelines.

• Develop, test, and validate data-driven hypotheses to optimize traffic acquisition.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for marketing leadership.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to evaluate marketing performance and identify optimization opportunities.

• Translate findings into actionable business recommendations for stakeholders.
