Job summary

Jobgether in Switzerland seeks a Website & Lifecycle Marketing Lead to own the digital experience, optimize conversion, and drive recurring revenue. You will lead website strategy, lifecycle programs, and email communications across multiple product lines in a fully remote environment.

Collaborating with leadership, product, design, and engineering, you will translate customer insights into compelling messaging and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in B2B or e-commerce marketing with ownership of website conversion, messaging, lifecycle marketing, or email programs.
• Ability to write customer-centric copy grounded in research and market insights.
• Experience building lifecycle/email marketing programs with measurable revenue impact.
• Solid understanding of experimentation and analytics, including A/B testing fundamentals.
• End-to-end ownership from strategy to execution with independent work style.
• Excellent written English and persuasive messaging across audiences.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset, adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
• Preferred: experience with hybrid self-service and sales-led funnels; familiarity with AI prompts or knowledge bases.

Responsibilities

• Own website structure, messaging, and conversion performance; lead A/B tests and collaborate with design/engineering.
• Design and optimize lifecycle journeys from onboarding to repeat purchases to drive recurring revenue.
• Develop clear product-line positioning and consistent messaging across channels and tools.
• Plan, write, and optimize lifecycle and marketing emails to acquire, activate, engage, and retain customers.
• Gather customer insights from sales and reviews to inform messaging and experiments.
• Track key metrics and report impact to prioritize initiatives.
• Work with executive leadership to align marketing with product direction and business goals.
