Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a visionary Growth Leader to own the discovery marketplace's demand generation and lifecycle programs in a remote-first environment. You will drive multi-channel acquisition, engagement, GMV and transactions, collaborating with product, marketing, data, design, and leadership to translate insights into scalable growth experiments.

Qualifications

• Own and grow revenue or GMV across multiple channels with measurable impact.
• Build lifecycle email programs from scratch with meaningful success metrics.
• Acquire email subscribers efficiently and increase long-term value.
• Hands-on growth execution: campaigns, pages, reporting, analysis.
• Understand marketplace models and network effects to grow demand.
• Strong analytical and experimentation skills; design tests and interpret results.
• Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with rapid learning.
• Excellent English for asynchronous collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy driving traffic, engagement, GMV and transactions.
• Design and run continuous experimentation including AB tests.
• Build end-to-end lifecycle email programs.
• Develop SEO and AEO to improve product discovery.
• Improve creator success by connecting creators with buyers.
• Establish growth reporting and track funnel performance.
• Analyze performance data and communicate recommendations.
• Partner with leaders across teams to define growth priorities.
• Hands-on writer of emails, landing pages, and reporting.
• Rapidly test approaches and refine strategy.
