Job summary

Jobgether seeks an E-Mail Marketing (Klaviyo) / CRM Account Manager to own email marketing and CRM campaigns for D2C brands. This fully remote role combines strategic account management with hands-on campaign execution, including flows and pop-ups in Klaviyo.

Qualifications

• At least one year of intensive, hands-on experience with Klaviyo.
• Experience independently building campaigns, flows, and pop-ups.
• Copywriting experience producing persuasive marketing content.
• Fluency in written and spoken German (Deutsch).
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Structured, solution-oriented mindset and personal accountability.
• Results-driven with a focus on high-quality work.
• Willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility.
• Experience in e-commerce or a marketing agency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee email marketing projects from planning through execution.
• Coordinate with design team to align briefs and deliverables with campaign objectives.
• Write persuasive copy that engages audiences and drives sales.
• Build, configure, and manage email campaigns, automated flows, and pop-ups in Klaviyo.
• Support marketing activities across WhatsApp and print mailings.
• Use AI tools to streamline workflows and reduce repetitive tasks.
• Maintain structured project management and clear communication across projects.
• Own campaign execution and continually improve performance based on data.
• Contribute to growth and profitability of ecommerce brands through data-informed email marketing.
