Hilo by Aktiia is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager – Paid Search to own strategy, investment and results across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. You’ll use data to drive growth, optimize ad spend, and extend paid acquisition into native formats when appropriate.

Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, you will work with cross‑functional teams and partners, push test programs, ensure accurate tracking, and scale channels globally while keeping health claims accurate.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on paid search in international settings.
• Deep Google Ads expertise and strong Microsoft Advertising experience.
• Data-driven with rigorous testing and commercial judgment.
• Track record of improving conversion, ROI across multiple markets.
• Experience with media planning and performance forecasting.
• Experience launching paid channels beyond search.
• Ability to set direction and influence while hands-on with campaigns.
• Experience using AI and automation with judgment to verify outputs.

Responsabilidades

• Set paid search strategy across US, UK, Germany and growth markets.
• Lead campaign strategy across Search, Shopping and Performance Max.
• Manage budgets, pacing, bidding and investment.
• Measure performance against CAC, conversion, revenue, ROI.
• Build a testing roadmap for keywords, audiences, creatives, feeds, landing pages.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, analytics to improve tracking and journey.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate research and execution while ensuring accuracy.
• Develop additional paid channels like native advertising.
