Jobgether is seeking an Ads Manager for a partner project based in Switzerland. You will plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, YouTube, Google, and TikTok for a finance-focused podcast, driving subscriptions, views, and revenue.

You’ll own tracking, reporting, and audience strategies, with a strong emphasis on ROAS and KPI-driven results in a fully remote freelance setup.

Responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, YouTube/Google, and TikTok.
• Drive podcast growth: subscriptions, views, and newsletter signups.
• Generate revenue via premium dossiers and partner offers.
• Test audience segments, formats, and budgets.
• Monitor performance and optimize for ROAS and cost per subscriber/lead.
• Set up tracking to measure performance and revenue attribution.
• Collaborate with host to align strategies with goals.
