Jobgether is seeking a Head of Paid Ads to own global paid acquisition for a consumer subscription platform. You will lead TikTok Ads, optimize across Meta, Google, UAC, and Apple Search Ads, and work with creative teams to develop high-performing UGC campaigns.

This fully remote role focuses on international growth, CAC/ROAS/LTV optimization, and data-driven decision making. Strong English, European base, and startup-ready ownership are required.

Formación

• 4+ years in performance marketing focusing on paid user acquisition for consumer/mobile apps.
• Budgets exceeding $100k/month personally managed.
• TikTok Ads campaigns with at least $50k/month investment.
• Experience marketing a consumer subscription app (not e-commerce, gaming, fintech).
• Experience briefing and optimizing UGC-style ads.
• Strong CAC/ROAS/LTV understanding guiding optimization and budgeting.
• Ability to build reports in spreadsheets, SQL, and dashboards.
• Familiarity with Mixpanel/Customer.io/PostHog.
• Experience across multiple markets/currencies.
• Proactive, autonomous startup-ready working style with strong ownership.
• Based in Europe; availability within two months; Lisbon preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid user acquisition strategy and execution for a global consumer subscription app.
• Lead TikTok Ads performance and optimize campaigns across channels.
• Coordinate campaigns across TikTok, Meta, Google, UAC, and Apple Search Ads.
• Manage budgets, CAC, ROAS, and LTV to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with design to develop UGC and test creative concepts.
• Build and analyze performance reports using spreadsheets, SQL, and dashboards.
• Leverage Mixpanel/Customer.io/PostHog to measure engagement and quality of acquisition.
• Adapt strategies for international markets and currencies.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align acquisition with growth goals.
• Hands-on execution and continuous optimization in a fast-paced startup environment.
