Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to build and own the email marketing function for a B2C subscription product from the ground up. You will shape lifecycle strategy, from onboarding to win-back campaigns, and collaborate with Product, UX, and Analytics teams to drive revenue in an international, results-driven environment.

You will audit flows, run experiments, segment audiences, and optimize deliverability while ensuring GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliance across markets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial experience in Email Marketing, CRM, or Lifecycle Marketing for B2C subscription-based products.
• Proven ownership of email channel performance from strategy to revenue generation.
• Experience building and launching lifecycle and trigger-based email flows.

Responsibilities

• Audit existing email flows and prioritize improvements based on potential impact.
• Build a backlog of hypotheses and A/B tests for subject lines, offers, timing, and flow logic.
• Design, launch, and evaluate experiments with documented results.
• Segment audiences by behavior, funnel stage, geography, and quiz responses.
• Analyze the complete email funnel from delivery to revenue and attribution.
• Collaborate with Product and Analytics to measure email contribution to business performance.
• Monitor deliverability and maintain domain reputation and list health.
• Ensure consent management and compliance with GDPR, ePrivacy, CAN-SPAM, and CASL.
• Write and optimize email copy in collaboration with UX/design teams.
• Recommend opportunities to expand email channel and present data-backed strategies to CEO.
