Job summary

Response Informatics Limited is seeking a Senior Desk Side Support Engineer to join our Geneva-based onsite team. The role requires 7–9 years of experience providing L2/L3 desk-side and desktop support for Windows 10/11, laptops, desktops, and peripherals, across enterprise environments.

You will manage incidents, coordinate with global IT teams, and ensure SLA/KPI adherence with ITSM tools. Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory; French is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of experience in desk-side/IT support is required.
• L2/L3 support for Windows 10/11, laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
• Experience in enterprise/multinational environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 desk-side and desktop support for Windows 10/11, laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, VPN, Wi‑Fi, and connectivity issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, Exchange Online, and conference room technologies.
