Radiant Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior Desk Side Support Engineer to deliver L2/L3 End User Computing and Workplace Support across Swiss and global environments. The role involves onsite and remote support for Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management using Intune and SCCM/MECM.

You will support Active Directory/Entra ID, ITSM processes, and VIP-level service, with multilingual collaboration in multinational settings. Fluent English and Spanish are required; French is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in desktop or end-user computing support across global environments.
• Strong proficiency with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, AD/Entra ID and endpoint security.
• Proven ITSM experience and excellent customer service skills.

• Provide onsite and remote support for Windows desktops, laptops, devices and peripherals.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint.
• Deliver VIP and executive-level support including boardrooms and events.
• Deploy and manage endpoints using Intune and SCCM/MECM.
• Troubleshoot network and printer issues; manage VPN and remote access.
