Zensar Technologies in Geneva seeks a Drop-In Onsite Support Engineer to provide hands-on IT support at customer locations. You will handle end-user issues onsite, troubleshoot hardware, assist with Microsoft 365 apps, and deliver VIP user support in English, French and Spanish.

Responsibilities include IMACD activities, asset management, ServiceNow ticketing, AD/Entra ID administration, and adherence to SLAs and security policies while maintaining accurate documentation and knowledge articles.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate/Diploma in IT with 3-6 years of desktop or field support experience.
• Experience in Windows environments and MS 365 apps.
• Strong customer-facing communication and escalation handling.

Aufgaben

• Provide face-to-face IT support to end users at customer premises.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, and application issues.
• Support devices: laptops, desktops, thin clients, mobile devices, printers, scanners.
• Assist users with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Manage ServiceNow incidents; ensure proper ticket categorization and SLA adherence.
• Perform IMACD activities and coordinate workstation setups for new hires.
• Manage end-user device inventory and CMDB records.
• Support AD/Azure AD/Entra ID administration and password resets.
• Provide VIP/executive user support with priority handling.
• Follow security policies and data privacy requirements.
