Qualifications
- 15+ years of software business development experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Solid knowledge of the software industry and emerging technologies.
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent German and English; other European languages are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development plans for the DACH region.
- Identify new business opportunities and build lasting relationships with international clients.
- Lead market expansion into manufacturing, healthcare, and financial services, including market analysis and entry strategies.
- Report on pipeline, sales forecasts, and KPIs, and optimize outcomes based on sales data.
