LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Sales Manager DACH to drive business across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will manage the full sales cycle, prospect new customers and coordinate with Engineering, R&D and Customer Service to craft tailored solutions.

The role requires strong technical understanding, a proven track record in B2B sales of industrial equipment, and fluency in German and English in an international setting.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years in B2B sales of technical or industrial products.
• Proven experience in business development and complex technical sales.
• Fluent German; English fluent for international environments.
• Willingness to travel 30-50% internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Develop sales activities across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
• Identify, approach and convert new customers and business opportunities.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and technical discussions through negotiation and contract closing.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing key customers.
• Build a strong network of customers, partners and industry contacts across the DACH market.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals adapted to specific customer requirements.
• Work closely with Engineering, R&D and Customer Service teams to develop the best solutions.
• Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions and industry events.
• Monitor market developments and identify new applications and business opportunities
