Job summary

Aristo Group is seeking a senior Business Development professional to drive software sales across the DACH region, focusing on manufacturing, healthcare, and financial services. You will win new clients, build lasting partnerships and open new markets to help organizations make better, data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in software business development, a proven track record of achieving targets, and strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of software business development experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Solid knowledge of the software industry and emerging technologies.
• Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluent German and English; other European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development plans for the DACH region.
