Zusammenfassung

Kellerhals Carrard Bern is seeking a senior Business Development leader to elevate our BD function in a data-driven, strategic way. You will design scalable processes, partner with leadership, and drive client acquisition and development initiatives across Swiss locations.

You will build and refine reporting, analytics, and CRM usage to support well-founded decisions while shaping BD strategies at firm and practice group levels. Hybrid work and frequent travel across Switzerland are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Several years (≥5) of experience in business development within professional services (law/consulting/audit).
• Proven ability to sell advisory and knowledge-based services.
• Strong track record building processes, systems and BD structures.
• Data-driven decision making with KPIs and reporting.
• Proficient with Excel; experience with BI tools and CRM systems is a plus.

• Develop, implement and optimise scalable BD processes for the firm.
• Support and advise partners on pitches, proposals, client acquisition and development initiatives.
• Establish and enhance reporting and analytics structures for transparent BD activities.
• Analyze data, identify patterns and derive actionable growth recommendations.
• Collaborate with Partners, top management and stakeholders across locations.
• Promote use of the CRM system to enable data-driven decisions.
• Support development and implementation of BD strategies at firm and practice group levels.
