Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting an international industrial company in recruiting a Sales Manager DACH to strengthen commercial activities across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will combine business development, technical sales and key account management in an international environment.

You will develop sales across the DACH region, identify new customers, manage the full sales cycle, and work with Engineering and R&D to tailor solutions. Travel 30–50% internationally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales of technical or industrial products.
• Proven experience in business development and complex technical sales.
• Fluent German and English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales activities across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
• Identify, approach and convert new customers and opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and technical discussions through negotiation and closing.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing key customers.
• Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions and industry events.
• Work with Engineering, R&D and Customer Service to tailor solutions.
• Travel 30–50% internationally.
