Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for the DACH region, covering Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The role focuses on winning new business and expanding existing accounts, while building strategic partnerships with customers and ecosystem partners.

You will lead cross-functional work with engineering, product, and sales teams, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure, and drive design wins across wireless, IoT, sensing, and related markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in semiconductor sales, account management or business development.
• Proven success selling technical semiconductor or electronic solutions.
• Experience growing new business while managing existing customers.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline preferred.
• Strong network within the DACH electronics/semiconductor ecosystem.
• Fluent English; German highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the business development strategy across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
• Drive new business acquisition and account growth
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiations and closure
• Generate design wins and grow regional revenue
• Build relationships with engineering, procurement, operations, and executives
• Identify new market opportunities and strategic partners
• Collaborate with product management and R&D to align market needs with development
• Support customers from concept through production
• Represent the company at customer visits and industry events
