Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to drive growth across Europe for a growing semiconductor and electronics group in Lausanne. This hands-on sales role blends account management with new business development, engaging with customers from concept through to production.

You will work with a diverse portfolio including wireless connectivity, sensing, RFID, NFC, and low-power electronics, collaborating with engineering and senior management to win design wins

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical sales, account management, or business development in electronics/semiconductors.
• Technical background in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales revenue and secure new design wins.
• Develop and execute territory growth strategies.
• Identify and win new customers and business opportunities.
• Grow existing accounts and generate new projects.
• Manage relationships with distributors and ecosystem partners.
• Support customers from design discussions through mass production.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Legal.
• Travel as required.
